League Constitution

By-Laws & Rules • 2025 Edition

Section 1: General
§

1.00 Organization

§

1.01 The league shall consist of an even number of franchises, not to exceed sixteen (16), awarded annually by a majority of the existing owners. Said franchises shall be automatically renewed unless an owner voluntarily leaves the organization or a majority of the other owners vote to expel an owner for just cause.

§

1.02 New owners shall be recommended by existing owners and shall be subject to a minimum franchise fee. An individual who has managed a team, for at least 30 games, that becomes vacant, and who desires the franchise, shall be awarded the franchise for the minimum franchise fee. In the absence of such individual, the franchise(s) will be available for bid and be awarded to the individual(s) who submits the highest bid(s). The franchise fee is refundable if the new team qualifies for the playoffs in its first season.

§

1.03 A new owner must assume the franchise purchased, including lost and/or gained draft picks and retention rights, and shall have the right to retain players from the previous owner’s last 42 player roster up to the number of retention rights available, subject to the provisions of Rule 2.22.

§

1.10 Fees and Costs

§

1.11 The amount of all fees (the annual entry fees, transaction fees, retention fees, minimum franchise fees, and any other fees or costs) and the distribution of the following year’s prize money will be determined at the annual awards meeting.

§

1.12 Annual entry fees, franchise fees, and retention fees are due and payable at the draft before the selection of players.

§

1.13 Distribution of prize money, including waiver fees, transaction fees, either refunded or non-refunded franchise fees, and any other debts associated with league membership, will be made at the annual awards meeting.

§

1.14 Current fees and distribution levels are shown in Attachment A.

§

1.20 Rules Changes and Interpretations

§

1.21 Proposed rules changes will be presented at the annual awards meeting.

§

1.22 A majority vote of all owners present at the annual awards meeting is required to change an existing rule or adopt a new rule. In the event a majority vote is not achieved at the annual awards meeting, those in attendance shall determine the wording of the proposed change, which will then be submitted, along with arguments for and against the change, to all owners for a vote by email. Votes will be due within 24 hours. A majority of those voting is required to change an existing rule or adopt a new rule. In the event of a tie vote, the existing rule will remain unchanged.

§

1.23 If possible, a list of proposed rules and changes will be made available to all owners in advance of the annual awards meeting.

§

1.30 Annual Meetings and Events

§

1.31 The annual draft will generally be held on the last Sunday in February. The agenda for the draft meeting will include, but not be limited to, distribution of the schedule for the upcoming season, payment of all fees listed in Rule 1.12, clarification of any rules, and the selection of players.

§

1.32 The post season awards meeting will generally be held on a Sunday in November or December on a date convenient to a majority of participants. The agenda for the awards meeting will include, but not be limited to, discussion and resolution of proposed rules changes, a review of the concluded season, determination of various award winners, distribution of prize money, resolution of outstanding debts, presentation of the trophy to the champion, determination of the following season’s draft order, assignment of teams to divisions, if applicable, for the following year in accordance with Rule 6.03, and selection of the following year’s draft location.

Section 2: Player Selection
§

2.00 Annual Draft

§

2.01 The draft meeting will be held annually, usually on the last Sunday in February.

§

2.02 The purpose of the draft meeting will be the selection of players, up to a maximum of 42 for each team, for the coming season, payment of all fees listed in Rule 1.12, and clarification of any rules.

§

2.03 The determination of the order of player draft shall be on a chance basis as determined at the annual awards meeting. Unless prevented from doing so by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the individual, an individual who has not resolved all outstanding debts prior to the post season meeting will not be allowed to participate in the draft lottery. Such individual will be assigned whatever draft position remains. On the even numbered rounds the teams will select in reverse order.

§

2.04 The time limit for each selection is one minute. There will be a break of approximately five minutes after every five rounds of selection.

§

2.05 Within three days following the draft, each team will submit to the roster keeper, with a copy to all other teams, a complete listing of players drafted, sorted alphabetically by position in the following order: P, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF. Information must include player’s last name, first initial, team, and round available for retention in the following year. Players who qualify at more than one position will be listed only once, with all positions listed in parentheses between the player’s team and following year’s retention round.

§

2.10 Pick ups

§

2.11 After the completion of the annual draft, players that are not on any owner’s 42 player roster may be picked up.

§

2.12 Claims to pick up players must be made to the league transaction coordinator either live or via a verifiable, time sensitive method such as voice mail or e-mail, and may be amended or cancelled on the same calendar day. For purposes of this rule, a day is midnight to midnight CDT. Claim must include name, MLB team, position(s), and following year’s retention round.

§

2.13 The transaction coordinator will report the pickups as submitted subject to Rules 2.17 and/or 2.18.

§

2.14 If the addition of the claimed player will result in a team having more than 42 players, one of the existing 42 players must be identified, at the time of the claim, to be waived in the event the claim is successful. The player identified to be waived may be changed prior to the end of the calendar day on which the claim is made.

§

2.15 A transaction fee will be assessed when the addition of the claimed player requires the acquiring team to waive a player. Additional transaction fees will be assessed when a player is claimed at an incorrect position, has an incorrect retention round, or is already on another team’s last roster posted in accordance with Rule 4.14.

§

2.16 Players are awarded on a first come, first served, basis by calendar day unless either Rule 2.17 or 2.18 is applicable.

§

2.17 In the event that a player is claimed by two (2) or more teams on the same day, the team having the worse record at the start of that day will be awarded the player.

§

2.18 If two (2) or more teams claim the same player on the same day prior to the season, or have identical records at the start of the day the claim was made, the player(s) will be awarded to the team(s) that had the later draft choice.

§

2.20 Retentions

§

2.21 Each team has the right to retain seven (7) players from one season to the next. These rights can be used, traded, or allowed to expire.

§

2.22 Players to be retained must be on the team’s forty-two (42) player roster, excluding the sixty (60) day injured list, and designated before 1 pm CDT on the day after the last scheduled Double G League regular season game. The list of players must be submitted to the transaction coordinator, with a copy to all other teams. Information must include player’s name, current team, anticipated position for the following year, and round to be retained. Within three (3) days of the end of the major league regular season, the list must be verified with actual following year’s position.

§

2.23 Players retained by teams that qualify for the playoffs, must be kept on the active playoff roster if they are on an active major league roster.

§

2.24 Players retained will be awarded at the following year’s draft five (5) rounds earlier than picked in the current year. Players retained who were undrafted will be awarded in the 17th round.

§

2.25 Waived players, subsequently claimed, retain their original draft round for purposes of retention.

§

2.26 In the event one team retains two (2) or more players assigned to the same round, the player first picked in the current year will be moved up an additional round in the draft.

§

2.27 New owners assume the retention rights of the previous owner and may use all, some, or none of them.

§

2.28 Retained players may be waived, but not traded, at any time following the conclusion of the current season prior to the following year’s draft. In such instance, the team waiving the player will be subject to a transaction fee in the following year, but will regain the draft slot of the waived retained player. Once the draft has begun, a retained player may not be waived or traded until after he has been awarded.

Section 3: Player Position
§

3.00 Prior season position

§

3.01 The position for which a player qualifies shall be any position at which he has appeared in thirty (30) or more games in the previous year. Baseball-reference.com is the official source of games played by position.

§

3.02 Players with thirty (30) or more games at more than one position qualify to play all such positions in the following year.

§

3.03 If the player did not appear in thirty (30) or more games at any single position, his position will be determined by that position at which he appeared the most.

§

3.04 If a player with less than thirty (30) games at any position appeared in an equal number of games at one or more positions in which he appeared most often, the drafting owner can make a one-time determination, when selecting the player, of which position he will qualify for. If the player is subsequently traded, and has not been converted to current year position, the new owner may also make a one-time selection of position.

§

3.05 The position of a player who did not appear in any games in the previous season, but who has prior major league experience, will be based upon his most recent major league experience in accordance with the above provisions.

§

3.10 No prior history

§

3.11 If a player has no major league experience his position will be determined by the first position he plays in a major league game.

§

3.12 If a player appears only as a batter his position will be assumed based upon minor league or spring training information. If his minor league or spring training appearances are solely as a batter, he will initially be assigned as an outfielder. Once he fields a position he will be immediately assigned that position.

§

3.20 Current year position

§

3.21 An owner can convert a player to his current year position(s) if, according to baeball-reference.com, he has played at least thirty (30) games at the position(s).

§

3.22 Once converted to current year’s position, a player cannot be returned to prior year position, even via a trade.

§

3.23 Conversion to current year position can take place at any time after a player is eligible to be converted, provided notice of the position change is given to all other managers, the same as any other roster change. The conversion is effective on the day of notification.

§

3.24 Once converted to current year position, a player may qualify for multiple positions by playing thirty (30) or more games at more than one position during the current year. To gain additional position qualification, the team may report the additional position(s) at any time.

Section 4: Rosters
§

4.00 Full Roster

§

4.01 Other than as provided in Rule 4.03, rosters are limited to forty-two (42) players, any number of which may be selected at the draft.

§

4.02 A team with a full forty-two (42) player roster may waive an inactive player, for a transaction fee, to make room for an additional player. The player to be waived must be identified at the time the claim for the new player is made. An active player may be designated as the player to be waived on the day prior to a roster change date.

§

4.03 In lieu of waving an inactive player, a team who has a major league player on the sixty (60) day injured list may retain such player on the roster by declaring the player to be on sixty (60) day injured list status by paying a transaction fee. When such major league player is removed from the sixty (60) day injured list, the team must either release the player or add the player to the forty-two (42) player roster and waive an inactive player.

§

4.10 Active Roster

§

4.11 Each team shall have an active roster of twenty-six (26) active major league players made up as follows:

a. A minimum of seven (7) pitchers, of which at least six (6) must qualify as starting pitchers.

b. At least one (1) player available for each infield position, one (1) catcher, and at least (3) outfielders.

c. Any player required to be active to fulfill the requirements of Rule 2.23.

§

4.12 In order to qualify as an active starting pitcher, a pitcher must:

a. For the initial roster period, be identified by an authoritative source as one of a major league team’s starting pitchers.

b. For subsequent roster periods, pitchers will qualify as starters if they 1) start at least one game in the preceding roster period, 2) make their first appearance of the season and start the game, or 3) if they return from the injured list or the minor leagues and started a game during the last roster period in which they appeared.

§

4.13 Roster changes may be made every other Monday. Roster changes are due no later than 1 pm CDT. In the absence of submitted changes, the roster will remain as it previously existed.

§

4.14 A full roster, including active and inactive players, will be posted by each team on roster change dates. In addition, if roster changes are made during the middle of the roster period, the team making the change must notify all other teams of such change and the reason therefore.

§

4.15 A major league player who goes on the injured list, is sent to the minors, begins a twenty-five (25) game or longer suspension, is designated for assignment, placed on administrative leave or the restricted list, or released must be removed from the active roster and be replaced by an inactive player the next time a lineup is submitted or changed. In the event the team has no inactive player that will fulfill the requirements of Rule 4.11, a new player must be claimed and activated.

§

4.16 A player coming off the injured list, newly signed, being brought up from the minors, being activated after designated for assignment, removed from administrative leave or the restricted list, or returning from a twenty-five (25) game or longer suspension may be added to the roster no later than the first day after he has played a game on which a lineup is submitted or changed, or immediately by the use of an “if” clause. If not activated on the first day after playing a game, the player may not be activated until the next roster change date unless an open spot has been created by a trade or by an active player being sent to the minors, designated for assignment, beginning a twenty-five (25) game or longer suspension, released, or becoming injured. If a player is to be activated by the use of an “if” clause, the player to be deactivated must be Identified as part of the “if” clause.

§

4.17 Roster changes made under the provisions of Rules 4.15 and 4.16 are not required to be made on days when lineups have been submitted. In such instances, the change may be made on the first following day on which a lineup is submitted or changed.

Section 5: Trades
§

5.01 Trades may involve players, generic retention rights for the next season, or 9th round or later draft picks for the next season. Teams may not trade or receive more than two (2) each future draft picks or retention rights. It is not permissible to trade a player and keep his retention rights or to trade the retention rights to a player and keep the player. Trades that are deemed to be invalid will result in cancellation of the entire trade and the assessment of a transaction fee to both parties.

§

5.02 The trading deadline for players on the active roster of a major league team (including the injured list) is 1 pm CDT on the first roster change date in August.

§

5.06 A stand-in owner/manager shall be presumed to not have trading and/or waiver authority unless explicitly granted by the absent owner/manager.

Section 6: Schedule
§

6.01 The schedule will consist of 162 games, or an amount relatively close, depending upon the number of teams in the league.

§

6.02 Games will be scheduled on all days, exclusive of the All-Star break, beginning with the first day on which at least three major league games are scheduled. Scheduled games will be played on each day on which three or more major league games are to be played. In the event less than three major league games are to be played, scheduled games will be postponed and added to the schedule at the end of the season in sequential order.

§

6.03 If the number of teams is more than ten, the league shall be divided into two divisions of an equal number of teams (the Gibbins Division and the Flamm Division). Selection of division into which a team falls for the following season shall be done at the awards meeting. The three teams from each playoff bracket will be assigned to opposite divisions for the following season and the remaining teams shall be assigned on a random basis.

§

6.04 For a twelve team, two division league, the schedule will consist of eighteen (18) games (two doubleheaders) against each team within the division, and twelve (12) games (one double header) against each team outside the division.

§

6.05 For a ten team, single division league, the schedule will consist of eighteen (18) games (one doubleheader) against each of the other nine teams.

§

6.06 It is the intent that all double headers be scheduled on days on which all major league teams are scheduled. In the event a double header is scheduled on a day on which all major league teams are not scheduled, a single game will be played and the double header will be rescheduled to the next date on which the schedule group plays and all major league teams are scheduled. If no such date exists, then the double header will be played as originally scheduled.

§

6.07 The schedule will normally be available at the awards meeting.

§

6.07 In the event that a game ends in a tie, it will be made up on in accordance with Rule 8.10.

§

6.08 No team may play more than two (2) games in any one day.

Section 7: Lineups
§

7.01 Lineups should be exchanged prior to the scheduled start of the earliest major league game. Lineups may be submitted in advance. Lineups may not be changed after the scheduled start of the earliest game. In the absence of a lineup, the provisions of Rule 7.08 shall apply.

§

7.02 The lineup will consist of eight position players, if available, and a pitcher rotation list, which must include all active pitchers. Positions cannot be blanked to avoid using an eligible player.

§

7.03 The use of a designated hitter is optional. If used, the designated hitter may be any active player whose team is scheduled and whose position is filled. All possible positions, including both games if a double header, must be filled before the use of a designated hitter is permissible.

§

7.04 The pitcher is determined by using the highest listed pitcher in the pitching rotation list who actually starts. In the event no pitcher starts, the highest listed relief pitcher who pitches shall be used. A relief pitcher cannot be used unless no starting pitcher started or unless he is listed in the rotation list ahead of other starters and actually starts. A relief pitcher who does not start, but relieves, can only count as a relief pitcher if no other starter actually starts, even if the relief pitcher is listed ahead of other starters. A starting pitcher can only be used if he starts. If he appears in relief, it does not count.

§

7.05 “If” clauses are acceptable provided they are easily understood by both teams. “If” clauses are not intended to be used to avoid weather related postponements. Lineups submitted in advance may be changed by actual game day contact. Unless otherwise specified, the lineup change is only effective on the day on which submitted.

§

7.06 For regularly scheduled doubleheaders, each player may be used in only one game. The pitching rotation shall be applied as follows: Two (2) or more starters actually pitch, highest is used in first game, second highest in second game; one (1) starter actually pitches is used in second game and highest listed relief pitcher, if any, in first game; no starter pitches, one relief pitcher, if any, is used in second game. If a team has two (2) or more relief pitchers and only one (1) pitches, he is used in second game. If more than one (1) pitches, the highest listed is in first game and next highest in second game.

§

7.07 When a team has two (2) games on the same day, other than regularly scheduled doubleheaders, the same lineups may be used with the exception of the pitcher. The pitching rotation rules in Rule 7.06 will apply with the regularly scheduled game being considered the first game.

§

7.08 In the event an owner/manager cannot be reached, and has not designated someone to be a stand-in manager, the lineup (including pitching rotation) of the unavailable manager will be that used on the last full scheduled day. If there was a double header on the last full scheduled day, the A game will apply. If the application of this rule puts players in the game whose teams are not scheduled, it will not be considered an improper lineup, but the position(s) shall not be filled. If this results in a lineup with a DH whose position is blanked, the DH will be assigned the position and no DH will be used. If the application of this rule occurs on a day on which a double header is scheduled, lineup and rotation used on last full scheduled day, other than DH, will apply to the A game. The B game lineup will be filled by available players in the order in which they were drafted. Remaining players will fill DH slots, highest drafted in A game.

§

7.09 An improper lineup could be the result of, but not limited to, using an inactive player, using a player whose major league team is not scheduled, using a player at two positions, using a player at dh when his position is not filled, failing to utilize a player when one is available, or listing an ineligible pitcher in the rotation. An erroneous lineup shall result in the opponent having the option to score the lineup as submitted, or to declare an improper lineup, score the lineup as submitted, excluding the improper player(s) and/or vacant position(s), or insert an available player in place of the improper player(s) and/or vacant position(s). It is never the intent for a team to get a better result by the use of an improper lineup. Application of this rule is limited to the first workday after the game has been played.

§

7.10 When an opponent declares an improper lineup, the identification of one improper player and/or vacant position shall not result in an additional penalty for another player.

§

7.11 In the application of Rule 7.09, if the improper player(s) listed is a pitcher on a day when only one game is scheduled, the following shall apply. If a pitcher listed ahead of the improper pitcher(s) pitches, there is no penalty. If no pitcher listed ahead of the improper pitcher(s) pitches, the lineup is considered improper. If the opponent declares an improper lineup, the opponent shall have the option of counting no pitching points or using the points of an available pitcher, even if such available pitcher is not active. If an inactive pitcher is used in such a situation, the team using the improper lineup may designate a different pitcher to be active prior to submission of the next lineup. Failure to do so will result in the pitcher remaining active until the next roster change date.

§

7.12 In the application of Rule 7.09, if the improper player(s) listed is a pitcher on a day when two games are scheduled, the improper pitcher(s) shall be considered as being in the lineup if the rotation spot(s) comes up and all pitching slot(s) are not filled.

Section 8: Scoring
§

8.01 The winner of each game will be determined by adding the points of each player in the lineup.

§

8.02 If a major league team is playing a double header, the points of batters and relief pitchers will be those of the game in which they appear, or if they appear in both games, the higher of the two.

§

8.03 Batters’ points are scored as follows: One (1) point for each run, hit, rbi, and stolen base; one (1) additional point for each double; two (2) additional points for each triple and home run, minus one (-1) point for each caught stealing, minus one (-1) point for failing to get a hit with at least one (1) at bat; minus two (-2) points for failing to get a hit with at least one (1) at bat if being used as the designated hitter, and one (1) point for each sacrifice bunt by a pitcher whose batting points are counted. A pitcher’s batting points are not counted if a designated hitter is used.

§

8.04 Fielding points are scored as follows: minus two (-2) for each error and passed ball, unless being used as a designated hitter, in which case fielding points are not counted.

§

8.05 Pitching points are scored as follows: one (1) point for each inning pitched (to the nearest whole), strikeout, and save; minus one (-1) point for each hit allowed, earned run allowed, walk, hit batsman, wild pitch, balk, and blown save; two (2) points for being the winning pitcher; minus two (-2) points for being the losing pitcher; and five (5) points for pitching a complete game no-hitter, regardless of length of game.

§

8.06 When a player who does not normally qualify as a pitcher appears in a game as a pitcher, his pitching points shall not be counted. If he has played no other position except pitcher in said game, his batting and fielding points shall not be counted either. If he appears both in the field and as a pitcher, only his batting and fielding points shall count.

§

8.07 If a starting pitcher appears as a relief pitcher, his points shall not count. If a relief pitcher appears as a starter, his points shall count if he is listed ahead of any other starter who actually started or if no other starters actually start.

§

8.08 If a major league game is suspended and scheduled to be concluded during the current series between the two major league teams, the points shall not be counted until the major league game is completed. If the suspended game is scheduled to be completed at a later date, it shall be considered complete for scoring purposes and points counted for that part which was played.

§

8.09 Ties will be broken in the following order:

a. Team whose players score the most runs

b. Team whose players have the fewest at bats

c. Team with fewest total negative points due to fielding, base running, and hitless batters.

d. Team whose batters reach base most often by BBs and/or HBPs.

§

8.10 Games that remain tied will be replayed on the next date on which the two teams do not play each other, subject to rule 6.07.

§

8.11 Other than games subject to completion under rule 8.08, all major league box scores shall be considered official as of the scheduled starting time of the next day's earliest game. Any subsequent scoring changes by mlb shall not be applied retroactively.

Section 9: Playoffs
§

9.01 For a twelve (12) team, two (2) division league, six (6) teams will participate in the post season playoffs. The teams will be the first and second place teams from each division and the next two teams with the best records, regardless of division. Playoff positions shall be determined solely on regular season records.

§

9.02 Ties within a division affecting the first two positions shall be settled by a one game tiebreaker. After the four automatic qualifiers have been determined, any ties in the standings affecting the remaining two playoff positions will settled as follows:

a. Any two way ties will be settled with a one game tiebreaker.

b. A three way tie will be settled with each team playing a double header against the other two. If all three teams split, the games will continue until one of the teams wins a double header.

c. A four way tie will be resolved with a single elimination series. The opponents will be determined by chance and the two winners from the first day will play to determine a winner.

d. Tiebreaker games will be played using the last regular season active roster.

§

9.03 If three teams from each division are in the playoffs, the schedule shall be:

Series 1 3rd place Division A vs 2nd place Division B

Series 2 3rd place Division B vs 2nd place Division A

Series 3 Winner Series 1 vs Champion Division A

Series 4 Winner Series 2 vs Champion Division B

Series 5 Winner Series 3 vs Winner Series 4

§

9.04 If four teams from one division and two from the other are in the playoffs, the schedule shall be:

Series 1 4th place Division A vs 2nd place Division B

Series 2 3rd place Division A vs 2nd place Division A

Series 3 Winner Series 1 vs Champion Division A

Series 4 Winner Series 2 vs Champion Division B

Series 5 Winner Series 3 vs Winner Series 4

§

9.05 All series shall be best four (4) of seven (7) and shall begin as soon as pairings are known.

§

9.06 Active rosters for the first two series must be submitted by all playoff teams, other than those involve in tiebreaker games, prior to 1 pm CDT or the scheduled starting time of the first major league game, whichever is earlier, on the day the playoffs begin. To be eligible for the playoffs, players must have been on the full roster, excluding the sixty (60) day injured list, at the time the playoffs began unless fulfilling the requirements of Rule 4.11. Unless necessary to fulfill the requirements of Rule 4.11, players may not be waived or picked up after the playoffs begin.

§

9.07 A roster change shall be permitted prior to the beginning of the final series.

§

9.08 The winner of Series 5 shall be the Champion of the league. It is the responsibility of the prior year’s champion to have the winner’s name and the year engraved on the Double G League Championship Trophy and present it to the new Champion at the post season awards meeting.

§

9.09 For a ten team league, the four teams with the best records will automatically qualify for the playoffs. The fifth and sixth place teams will qualify for the playoffs if they finish above .500. All position ties will be settled by a one game tiebreaker.

§

9.10 A four team playoff will consist of two best-of-seven rounds. Round 1 will have the 1st place team play the 4th place team and the 2nd place team play the 3rd place team. In Round 2, the two winners of Round 1 will play beginning the day after Round 1 is complete. There will be no roster change prior to the start of Round 2. The winner of Round 2 will be the Champion of the league.

§

9.11 A five team playoff will consist of three best-of-seven series. Rosters for Rounds 1 and 2 must be submitted for all playoff teams prior to the start of Round 1. Round 1 will have the 4th place team playing the 5th place team. In Round 2, which will start the day after Round 1 is complete, the winner of Round 1 will play the 1st place team and the 2nd place team will play the 3rd place team. There will be no roster change before the start of Round 2. The two winners of Round 2 will play in Round 3 beginning the day after Round 2 is complete. Roster changes are permitted prior to the start of Round 3. The winner of Round 3 will be the Champion of the league.

§

9.12 A six team playoff will consist of three best-of-seven rounds. Rosters for Rounds 1 and 2 must be submitted for all playoff teams prior to the start of Round 1. Round 1 will have the 3rd place team playing the 6th place team and the 4th place team playing the 5th place team. Round 2, which will begin after both Round 1 series are complete, will have the 1st place team playing the lowest remaining team from Round 1 and the 2nd place team playing the highest remaining team from Round 1. The two winners of Round 2 will play in Round 3 beginning the day after Round 2 is complete. Roster changes are permitted prior to the start of Round 3. The winner of Round 3 will be the Champion of the league.
